A recently deployed feature to the Ideal Electrical Online store gives you added flexibility when searching for your quotations in the system. As well as being able to search by a defined date range in the My Quotes page, you can now also search by a single qoute number to find quotations that are generated either in the Online Store, or keyed in by our staff in the branch.
How it works:
Simply open your ‘My Quotes’ page from either the tab in the home page header, or from the link in the ‘My Account’ page. You will see a list of your quotations as shown below.
The default view shows the user a list of all available quotations within a date range
When this list is large, you can either search using the date picker widgets available to narrow down your results or if you know the quotation number, you can enter it directly into the field provided.
Enter your quotation number in the box and click on the Search button
Finding your quote using this method will take you directly to the quote details section where you can accept the quote and place the order with a single click.
The quotation can now be accepted and ordered with a single click from this screen
This can be used for:
- Quotes raised within the online store
- Quotes keyed in by our branch
- Quotations of off-catalogue product (buy-ins)
- Saving you time in quotation processing!
